Roll Call Vote for Senate Passage of H.R. 3295, The Help America Vote Act of 2002
U.S. Senate

The Senate passed today H.R. 3295 by a vote of 92-2. New York Sens. Charles Schumer and Hillary Clinton were the only dissenting votes.
