On April 4, Tova Wang provided expert testimony at hearings held by the New York State Assembly and the New York City Council on implementation of the Help America Vote Act. In her remarks, Tova outlined some of the findings and recommendations of the forthcoming Century Foundation Report, "The Help America Vote Act: Impact and Potential for New York," by former New York State Attorney General Robert Abrams and attorney and elections expert Arthur Fried.
