SUMMARY

Meaningful Election Reform is gaining momentum in the Congress! The Help America Vote Act, HR 3295, bipartisan legislation sponsored by leading members in the House of Representatives, was passed unanimously out of Committee and is on its way to a full vote of the House. The bill substantially adopts the key recommendations of the National Commission on Federal Election Reform.
