Kristen Oshyn
Program Associate, Program - DC
Kristen Oshyn is a Program Associate at The Century Foundation. Since joining TCF, her research has focused primarily on democracy issues, including the youth vote, Latino voters and the role of technology in elections. Kristen has co-authored several pieces with Tova Wang, including the publication Youth Vote 2008 and articles in the New Media, New Voters series (New Media, New Voters: Latino Outreach Online and New Media, New Voters: Learning How to Caucus Online). She has been quoted on issues related to Youth Vote 2008 in stories in the Charlotte Observer and the Long Island Press. Kristen graduated with a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Kalamazoo College and, before joining TCF, spent time working on local campaigns with the Minnesota Democratic state party.
