The first public hearing was held at the The Carter Center,
Cecil B. Day Chapel in Atlanta, Georgia
beginning at 10 a.m. This hearing was open to the public and the
media.
The hearing featured panels of distinguished Americans
sharing their views on a wide range of election reform issues.
